Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-02-01
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the BazaarLink API, you agree to these Terms and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are using BazaarLink on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.
2. Service Description
BazaarLink provides a unified API gateway for accessing third-party large language model (LLM) services. BazaarLink acts as an intermediary; the content generated by AI models is subject to the terms and acceptable use policies of the underlying providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, etc.).
3. Account & API Keys
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. Do not share keys or expose them in client-side code. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for all usage under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use BazaarLink to: generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violates third-party rights; circumvent usage policies of upstream AI providers; resell or sublicense your BazaarLink account credentials or API keys to third parties; engage in denial-of-service attacks or automated scraping; process sensitive personal data in violation of applicable laws. You represent that your use complies with all applicable export control laws and regulations, including U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and OFAC sanctions, and that you are not located in or acting on behalf of a sanctioned country or entity.
5. Billing & Payment
Usage is billed in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD) based on token consumption at the rates published on our pricing page. BazaarLink reserves the right to adjust model pricing at any time to reflect upstream provider cost changes or market conditions; updated pricing takes effect immediately upon publication on the pricing page. Individual consumers who purchased credits within 7 days of a pricing change may request a refund of unused credits under the Refund Policy at bazaarlink.ai/refund. Business and Enterprise plans may be invoiced monthly with payment due within 30 days. For uniform invoice (統一發票) inquiries, please contact [email protected]. BazaarLink reserves the right to suspend accounts with overdue balances.
6. Service Availability
BazaarLink targets high availability for its service. BazaarLink will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable. Downtime caused by upstream AI providers does not count toward BazaarLink SLA calculations. Specific uptime commitments for paid plans, if any, are detailed in the applicable plan agreement. BazaarLink is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to inputs you submit and outputs you receive. BazaarLink does not claim ownership over your data. The BazaarLink platform, trademarks, and documentation are proprietary to BazaarLink Inc. Note: the copyright status of AI-generated outputs is unsettled under applicable law; BazaarLink makes no representation as to whether such outputs are eligible for copyright protection, and you are solely responsible for determining their legal status.
8. Limitation of Liability
The BazaarLink service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BazaarLink's total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. BazaarLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. BazaarLink is not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of nature, government actions, upstream AI provider outages, or internet infrastructure failures (force majeure). You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BazaarLink and its affiliates from any third-party claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law. The above limitations do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. BazaarLink may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms immediately without notice. Upon termination, your API keys will be deactivated and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The parties agree to the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, without limiting any rights consumers may have under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act to choose an alternative jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Copyright Infringement
BazaarLink respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you believe that content accessed through BazaarLink infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to [email protected] with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (b) identification of the allegedly infringing content or activity; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner; and (e) a statement that the information in your notice is accurate. BazaarLink will review all notices and may take appropriate action, including suspending access. Accounts that repeatedly engage in or facilitate copyright infringement are at risk of permanent suspension.
