Education: institution-wide AI access without individual accounts
Common pain: a professor wants 100 people to use GPT-4 for a project this semester. IT must provision 100 API keys in a week — and somehow prevent them from being shared or taken home.
Set it up once: issue one org-level key, allowlist your institution's email domain, set session TTL (e.g. 8 hours). Members enter the key + their institutional email, receive a 6-digit code, and get an AI session for the duration. No individual accounts, no key distribution, no leak risk. All usage rolls up to the org account with a single monthly invoice.
Two basics that public-sector AI procurement needs: Taiwan e-invoice (電子統一發票) and Chinese-language support. Most foreign AI services don't satisfy either.
BazaarLink is operated by 集聯科技有限公司, a Taiwan-registered company (tax ID 62232477), issuing e-invoices throughout. The Institution Plan lets your agency control users by @your-agency.gov.tw email, with per-person and per-department token quotas. Good fit for: official-document summarization trials, AI training programs, agency-wide AI events.
Events / Hackathons: time-bounded AI access for participants
Running a 200-person AI hackathon? The last thing you want is to provision 200 API keys, then delete them one-by-one 48 hours later.
Issue one key, set session TTL = event duration (e.g. Sat 09:00 – Sun 18:00). Participants enter the key + their email and get a session. When the event ends, all sessions auto-expire. Good fit for: hackathons, AI experience events, conference demo sessions, online workshops.
